The inception of the company dates back to 1909. We started machining services for the aviation industry as early as 1968 and have since consistently expanded such that our portfolio today ranges from the design to the installation of finished modules.
Approximately 250 qualified employees work in our areas of competence and performance, with around 32.000 sqm of available production and storage space and machinery of the highest technical level.
As an independent, medium-sized business with short decision-making channels, we can respond to our customers’ wishes quickly and flexibly. Try us out!
Wanting to be the only wise one around is not at all wise. That’s why our experts exchange views with external specialists. Our membership in various institutions helps. These include:
The German Aerospace Industries Association (Bundesverband der Deutschen Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie e.V. – BDLI)
Manufacturing Innovations Network (MIN)
Niedersachsen Aviation (Link)
Supply Chain Excellence Aerospace (SCE A Deutschland e.V.)
Hamburg Aviation (Link)
Sustainability is a central issue for Deharde:
It is necessary for the environment
It saves money
Our customers demand it
We, together with EWE, conducted a study and created an initial plan for the coming years. We will follow three steps:
Reduction (energy saving)
Substitution (use of alternative energies)
Compensation (CO2 certificates)
Since the summer of 2023, we have been able to reduce our electricity consumption by 15%. Our reduction efforts will continue. Parallel to our reduction efforts, we are examining funding options for the necessary investment in alternative forms of energy.
